Our Leadership and executive coaching offers leaders a one on one relationship with a highly trained coach to help you and your company set and reach goals. Life Coaching and EAP Services

As a company or employer a tremendous resource you can offer your employees is life coaching and/or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. We can formulate a plan uniquely designed to meet the needs of your company and employees. Such services have consistently been proven to increase job satisfaction and productivity and decrease turnover, workplace conflict and absenteeism/presenteeism.

Covenant Counseling and Consulting can provide EAP services to include but not limited to supervisory referrals, mandatory referrals, and self referrals for counseling or leadership coaching services as well as team building, seminars, trainings, lunch and learns, management consultations, critical incident stress debriefings and strategic planning for your leadership.

Through EAP contracts, you have direct access to our services. we provide these services to you, your company, and your employees at reduced rates.

Team Building Retreats

We can plan retreats/off sites for your company or leadership team. These events are motivational, interactive, fun, and educational. As all of our services, our team building sessions are customized to address your specific goals.
